Each one-hour session is custom created based on your needs. Come prepared with what you want coaching on and I will guide you to the best solution and insight for your situation.
Enneagram Typing
Receive a FREE Enneagram test when you sign on. This will be the tool used for self-awareness and building a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
Self Awareness
Get to know and love yourself as you reclaim who you were before the world told you who to be. Live within your strengths and notice areas that need to grow.
Relationships
The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. As you work on accepting, loving and strengthening yourself, all other relationships will benefit.
