I know what it's like to spend most of your life supporting and being there for people, and then ironically not feel taken care of or supported. Being self-sufficient has a dark side.
 

The women I work with are successful, sacrificial, and self-sufficient. They care for others, love to give their all, and step in where they see a need. But on the flip side, sometimes, like me, despite all the success in their personal and professional lives, it’s hard to put themselves first.

It doesn't need to be this way. I believe all women have the potential to have the life they want. They just need the tools and support to make it happen. That's what I'm here for.
